I have to tell you that I am really satisfied with this product. The spray mist comes out just right to coat your pan without waste. You can dribble it. I guess for salads or pasta. I got it to use on fresh bread toasted in the pan. It works! Doesn't stick.
I used the spray olive oil on a sticky dough and it did not stick in a frying pan. Just what I wanted. No trans fat. Gluten free. No preservatives. No cholesterol.
