We have a situation where Ronald Shreffler and Schultz covered information on incidents at the Morgan Center building in 1998. Shreffler later worked for Homeland security.
In 1998. The police and security, with Schultz and Shreffler, made up an incident and spread rumors about the fake incident that happened in a building on the Penn State campus. * (Not the Morgan Center building.)
There was an actual incident, that reports were written on, at the Morgan Center building.
Then, trying to scare Jerry Sandusky into telling the mother of the child that he was in the Morgan Center building and not the other building, so as not to look guilty.
But Sandusky did not say he was in the Morgan Center building.
The police that were recording the conversation from a bedroom in the house needed to have Sandusky say he was in the Morgan Center building because of the actual report that had been written. That report was from an incident where a witness said they saw Sandusky at the Morgan Center at the same time he was in the other building. If Sandusky told the child's mother that they were in the Morgan Center, with respect to the actual report, it would make him look guilty. But he did not say that.
It was an attempted set up to frame Sandusky, pure and simple.
The 1998 reports were never brought up at the trial of Jerry Sandusky. The only report from the incidents was a fabricated report that Schultz made up and placed in his office. A secretary in Schultz' office was told to take the repots to Schultz during the investigations. Freeh ended up with the fake report made up to implicate Sandusky.
The question is, whether or not, at the time of the 1998 incidents was a drug used to control people that were involved in lewd actions in the shower rooms at the Morgan Center? And did Ray Gricar become interested in going back to study the files and reports on the incidents? Did he discover the security guard who wrote and filed reports on, Steinbrenner for example, was missing? Was the security guard missing from his job after the 1998 incidents? Did Ray Gricar suspect the reports were covered up. If the reports were taken by the FBI agents and the security guard mysteriously came up missing, it is possible that Gricar was onto something.
If someone who had a reason to cover the missing reports, and the missing security guard, discovered Gricar investigating into those matters, in 2004-2005, that could be the reason that he went missing.
The connection between Erie in 2003 and Penn State in 1998 was most likely the use of the drug that makes the victims compliant without question to what their controller tells them to do. The next day when the victims wake up they do not remember anything. This is real
The drug is not a drug that the CIA admits exists.
Ray Gricar was directly associated with Gina Haspel in Erie Pennsylvania in 2003, in connection to Brian Wells girlfriend. Where and how and if the drug was used at the time, form your own conclusions.
