True story.
I called Oral Roberts ministries and told them that I thought Jim Jones was scheming on Kathryn Kuhlman.
He later came to our house in Tulsa to visit my uncle. He assaulted me and I ran him and his henchmen out of my house with a shotgun. My uncle got mad. His bodyguards who were armed, in my house, threatened me. Their harassment continued. The police came to talk to me.
Years later in California I was told that I could not stay at my grandmothers house. It was in a place where many people knew Jim Jones. They liked him, they didn't seem to like me. They mocked me and called me Kool-Aid boy" because the problem between me and Jim Jones started with me refusing to serve him and my uncle Kool-Aid that I fixed for myself. He tried to tell me what to do and I wouldn't have it.
After I left the reservation where my grandmother lived, the only place I had to stay, I didn't have anywhere else to go. They didn't tell me that was the reason but I knew it was. The Kool-Aid mockery was in reference to his death in 1978. Kool-Aid was poisoned and him and his followers drank it. Many died.
Before I left the valley where my grandmothers place was she received a phone call. It was President Reagan. His secretary requested that I report to duty on Air Force One as Reagan's attache'.....
Really though they didn't tell me there, while I was in California, they just put me on a bus and told me to go back to Tulsa. They called me when I got there.
I always thought Jim Jones would do something bad to Kathryn Kuhlman.
I believe in miracles.
