Many professionals have concerns over the President's mental health. It is true that since he took office his attitude and demeanor have seemed to have changed. He is emotional at times with spats of rhetoric. Outbursts and contradictions along with inappropriate behavior can be signs of stress. But what could be the cause of that stress and why and how could it be affecting the President?
As much as I can tell, it looks to me like President Trump has a dietary problem. This diet can lead to high blood sugar. A problem with the heart can remain unseen which can in turn be affected by sugar levels in the blood. This could lead to sleep disorders. Stress can play a role in some level of emotional distress.
I would say that if President Trump has a mental problem associated with his health it is caused by stress. And the stress is being caused by affects on his metabolism because of his diet.
Lees sugar. Less fat. Lower cholesterol. Exercise more. Routinely. Drink more water. Eat more vegetables and less red meat. More fish. Nuts. Fruits. Seek professional help with diet and exercises.
Be physically well and that will help your mental health in turn.
