Trump has it all wrong on deregulating foreign oil pipelines that cross American borders with toxic chemicals and contaminated crude oil. Oil that has no market in America.
Oil pipelines are not regulated now. But they need to be.
Dumping dirty oil on the land or in the water is not good. The poison in the pipelines mixed with the oil from Canada should be regulated just like any other toxic chemicals that enter the country.
Those chemicals are especially dangerous to clean water sources, like the Missouri river. Poison from the poisoned rivers in Canada can also flow into America, into American rivers. This may have already happened and is being covered up by the governments. Canadian and American.
Even though Democrats say they are against global warming they support the socialist government in Canada that operates the greatest polluter on earth, with respect to the oil sands operations in Alberta. And with respect to the DAPL and Keystone pipelines they have mostly remained silent on the issues at Standing Rock. They have refused to divest their interests in investments in the horrible destructive oil sands projects in Alberta. This is the epitome of hypocrisy.
President Trump should outlaw all oil sands toxic sludge from our ports and refineries. His support for the crown jewel of the socialist criminal Canadian government oil sands atrocities is also hypocritical.
Economically, shutting down the oil sands and blocking access to the pipelines, would bolster the economy in the U.S. oil market by a TRILLION dollars. And in turn would produce 4 TRILLION dollars in new prosperity for America.
Supporting more dirty oil from foreign countries is stupid. Be smart. Support American oil. Divest from the dirty and toxic oil sands oil in Canada.
D'yo.
